You need to be a member to access ScrapDragon's resources.  At the moment, you can only sign up for membership when you visit us - it only takes a few minutes. 

 

All 2025 Yellow and Green memberships have now expired.  Please visit us when we reopen in September to renew.

As the demand for our service has grown steadily over the last couple of years, we are trying to ensure that our resource is accessed fairly.  Our membership is based on the number of people benefiting from the resources.

There are 3 types of membership: 

​

Individual (Yellow)

£1 membership - valid until July 31st 2026

1 membership card

1 yellow basket per person, per visit

Includes crafters and hobbyists, students, families and home educators.  You must bring your membership card on every visit - if you forget to bring it you'll be asked to purchase a replacement.

Groups (Green) 

£5 membership - valid until July 31st 2026

2 membership cards

2 green baskets per group, per visit

This is for groups of up to 25 members and includes childminders, clubs and craft groups, church groups and charities.  Green baskets are slightly bigger than yellow baskets.  Some information about your group will be required to sign up.

Big Group (Blue)

£10 membership - valid for 1 year from joining

5 membership cards

Unlimited green baskets per visit

This membership is for larger groups and organisations working with children and young people and includes schools, nurseries, adventure playgrounds, not-for-profit companies, and groups with 25+ members.  Please note, we will require identification upon joining (for example an email or letter from school office, staff id, companies house number, charity number etc). 

Benefits include:

• Exclusive open times for Blue members

• Rolling annual membership with a reminder to rejoin

• Access to larger items of scrap 

• Access to Scrap Training workshops for staff
